Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the je honë. app and website. By creating an account or using the app you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use je honë.

1. The service

je honë. lets you watch short series and related content on your phone. The app is free to download and use and is supported by advertising. Content, features and availability may change at any time.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be old enough to consent to online services in your country (and at least 13), or have a parent's or guardian's permission. You can sign in with Google, Apple, or an account we create for you. Provide accurate information, keep your sign-in secure, and do not use another person's account. You are responsible for activity on your account.

3. Licence

We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the app on devices you own or control, and to watch content for personal, non-commercial use, according to these Terms and the rules of your app store.

4. Content and intellectual property

All series, videos, images, music, text, logos and software in je honë. belong to us or our licensors and are protected by law. You may not copy, record, download (except where the app offers it), redistribute, sell, publicly perform, scrape, reverse engineer or otherwise misuse content or the app, except where the law expressly allows it.

5. Advertising

The app shows ads, including rewarded ads you can choose to watch. Ads are provided by third parties; we are not responsible for the products or services they advertise. Please read our Privacy Policy for how advertising data is handled.

6. Acceptable use

Do not: break the law; harm, disrupt or overload the service; bypass security or access controls; access accounts or data that are not yours; use bots or automated means to watch content or generate ad impressions or rewards; or send us unlawful, harassing or harmful messages.

7. Your messages to us

Messages you send through Help or by email are used to answer your request. Do not include sensitive information you do not want us to handle.

8. Suspension and termination

You may stop using je honë. and delete your account at any time (see Delete account). We may suspend or close an account, or limit access to content, if you break these Terms, to protect users or the service, or for legal, licensing or operational reasons.

9. Third-party services

The app uses third-party services such as Google, Apple and your app store. Their own terms and privacy policies apply to your use of them.

10. Disclaimers

je honë. is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we do not promise that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free or always available, and we disclaim all implied warranties. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

12. Additional terms for Apple devices

• These Terms are between you and je honë., not Apple. je honë., not Apple, is responsible for the app and its content.
• Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the app.
• If the app fails to meet any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any); to the extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation for the app.
• je honë., not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims relating to the app, including product liability, legal or regulatory compliance, and consumer-protection claims, and for any third-party intellectual property claims.
• You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. embargo or designated a "terrorist-supporting" country, and are not on any U.S. list of prohibited or restricted parties.
• Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and, once you accept them, may enforce them against you.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms when the service or the law changes. We will post the new version here and change the date above; continuing to use je honë. after an update means you accept it.
