je honë. is a mobile app and website for watching short series. This policy explains what information we collect when you use the app, how we use it, who it is shared with, and the choices you have.
je honë. ("we", "us") provides the je honë. mobile app (iOS and Android) and the website je-hone.com. For any privacy question or request, contact us at je.hone@outlook.com.
We do not ask for, and the app does not collect, your precise location, contacts, photos, microphone or camera data.
Where the law (for example the GDPR) requires a legal basis, we rely on: performing our contract with you (running your account and the service), our legitimate interests (security, analytics, improving the service), your consent (advertising identifier and personalized ads, push notifications where required), and legal obligations.
The app shows banner, native and rewarded ads served by Google AdMob. On iOS, the app asks for your permission through Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt before using your advertising identifier; if you decline, you will still see ads, but they will not be personalized using that identifier. On Android, you can reset your advertising ID or opt out of ad personalization in Settings → Google → Ads. You can also change the iOS choice at any time in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. For how Google handles data in ads, see policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.
If you allow notifications, we store a push token for your device and send notifications through Google Firebase Cloud Messaging (and Apple's push service on iOS). You can switch notifications off at any time in your phone settings, and switch off new-episode and recommendation messages inside the app.
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with service providers who help us run je honë., and only as needed for that purpose:
We may also disclose information when required by law, or to protect the rights, safety and security of je honë., our users or others.
Our providers may process information in countries other than yours, including outside the European Economic Area. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
We keep your information while your account is active and as needed to operate and secure the service. You can delete your account at any time from the app, or by following the steps on our Delete account page. Deleting your account removes your account, linked Google/Apple sign-ins, watch progress, favorites, saved and liked episodes, history, settings and inbox state. Support tickets you sent are kept (without being linked to a live account) so we can handle complaints and disputes; server logs are kept for a limited period for security. Information we must keep for legal reasons is retained as long as the law requires.
Depending on where you live (including under the GDPR), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or port your personal information, to object to certain processing, and to withdraw consent at any time. You can update your name in the app and delete your account yourself; for any other request write to je.hone@outlook.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access controls. No system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
je honë. is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you are under the age required to consent to online services in your country, you may use the app only with a parent's or guardian's permission. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
We may update this policy when our service or legal obligations change. We will post the updated version on this page and change the date above. If a change is significant, we will also tell you in the app.
